1. What Astryx is — and is not

Astryx is an observational reference and wellness calibration tool. It takes the birth data and inputs you provide, calculates an astronomical chart, and presents correspondences drawn from classical and traditional sources, along with sound, scent, taste, body and sight suggestions.

Astryx is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional. Nothing in Astryx should lead you to delay seeking care, or to stop or change a prescribed medication.

Astryx is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Who may use Astryx

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details private. One account is for one person; practitioner accounts may hold records for the clients that practitioner serves.

3. Practitioner accounts

If you use Astryx with clients, you do so under your own training, scope of practice, licence (where one is required) and insurance. Astryx is a reference instrument; interpretation, and anything you recommend or do in a session, is your professional responsibility.

You confirm that you have each client's permission to enter their birth data and session notes, and that you will handle that information as the law where you practise requires. Astryx does not verify credentials and does not act as a credentialing body.

4. Tuning forks, botanicals, crystals and other practices

Any practice Astryx suggests is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. Follow every safety note shown in the app. In particular: fork placements marked as off-body sweeps are never to be applied with contact; botanical suggestions are general references and may not be appropriate in pregnancy, while nursing, alongside medication, or with a health condition — ask a qualified professional first; and some minerals are unsafe to handle raw or to place in water.

Physical products are sold separately through sacredtea.net under that store's own terms.

5. Trials, memberships and billing

New accounts receive a free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access requires a membership or another form of access we offer (for example, the access period that accompanies a Sacred Tones fork set).

Memberships are sold and billed through our Shopify store at sacredtea.net, on the monthly or yearly plan you choose at checkout. Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your customer account or the link in your order email; cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are handled under the refund policy posted at sacredtea.net. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the access it purchased ends.

Access is attached to the email address used at checkout. To protect your purchase, we ask you to confirm that you own that address before access is unlocked.

6. Our content and yours

The Astryx engine, the Calibration Standard, the correspondence tables, the Lotus Spectrum, the Sacred Tones protocols, and the app's text, imagery and audio are our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them through the app. Practitioner members may share the PDFs Astryx generates with the client they were made for.

Please do not copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its data, use it to build a competing product, or access it by automated means other than the interfaces we publish for that purpose.

What you enter — birth data, notes, check-ins — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. The AI companion

Parts of Astryx use artificial intelligence, including the conversational guide. It is software, not a person and not a licensed professional. It can be wrong. Treat what it says as reference material, and do not rely on it for any health decision.

8. No guarantees

Astryx is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise of any particular result or outcome, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We correct calculation and content errors when we find them, and the app may change as we do.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Astryx and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Astryx in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Ending or suspending access

You may stop using Astryx and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse of the service, non-payment, or a breach of these terms.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email, and ask you to agree again where the law requires it.
